Other than a CSS theme to allow modern browsers the full -A E S T H E T I C- experience of a famous British 1980s microcomputer, this site is hand made in HTML.
This is a deliberate decision on my behalf, as I'm keen for this site to be at least moderately useful on vintage hardware.
That said, there is some content that is unavoidably reliant on modern computers; primarily images and external links. In the case of the former, older graphics formats such as GIF and JPG are favoured. Even if you need to download an image and open it with a local viewer (possibly dithered depending on one's graphic hardware), it's better than something that's completely unreadable.
